Program:
This course will help attorneys advise clients on how to avoid criminal and civil liability when addressing firearms in estate planning and estate administration. State and federal gun laws can impose criminal liability on those who improperly possess firearms and on those who improperly transfer firearms. The materials in this course are an introduction to the state and federal laws surrounding firearms which are constantly changing and creating legal challenges for those unaware.
Our speaker will be Paul E. Clark, Attorney at Law.
