Scott Wall
Mr. Wall is a Partner with Andre, Morris & Buttery in San Luis Obispo. Mr. Wall is Chairman of the Estate Planning, Trusts and Probate Practice Group and is a member of the Business and Real Estate Transactions Practice Group. He is certified by the State Bar of California as a specialist in estate planning, trust and probate law. Before starting his law practice, he was a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Wall concentrates his practice in estate planning and administration and business and real estate transactions. Because of his background as a CPA, Mr. Wall brings both income and estate tax expertise to his practice.
Dallas K. Mosier
Mr. Mosier is a partner with Carmel & Naccasha LLP in San Luis Obispo and Paso Robles. Mr. Mosier personal service practice emphasize protecting individuals and families through all stages of life. Mr. Mosier has assisted clients in a variety of matters in each of these areas, ranging from implementation of tax avoidance strategies to planning for family issues such as dependency, fiscal irresponsibility, and family disputes. He also works closely with businesses and business owners in the areas of business planning & transactions, exit and succession planning, startups and entity formations, ongoing entity maintenance and governance, intellectual property matters, and buy-sell and other ownership arrangements. He is the current president of SLOLAF.
