Services: Assist in civil law cases, including housing, labor, employment, education, public benefits, medical debt, and criminal record clearing. Do not assist with family law, small claims or restraining orders.

Services: The Clinic represents low-income taxpayers involved in controversies with the Internal Revenue Service and provides education and outreach services on the rights and responsibilities of taxpayers. Eligible clients may receive free legal services such as representation in Tax Court cases, negotiating payment and settlement options with the IRS, help with audits, filing of identity theft affidavits, and prevention of levies. Services are confidential and in English and Spanish.

Assist with other resources including referrals to local county agencies when applicable.
Cost: $50.00 LRIS administrative fee if referred to an attorney. Attorney’s regular fee will apply following the initial appointment.
